"Very disappointed"

This hotel is dated and badly needs a total “redo “. Marriott should remove their name off the property. Everything about this location looks “old”! The carpet, tv’s, furniture, bathrooms, all need replacing. Breakfast is mediocre at best. I would not stay here again.

"Close proximity to all the things at a great value!"

Property is next to Baylor University and just a short car ride to the Silos/Magnolia stores. The property and the rooms were clean and beds comfy. Will return!

The water in the shower backed up and filling the tub with water while showering. Not a big deal. That’s about all we didn’t like.

very close to baylor campus and restaurants! the bed was very comfy and the room was very spacious and nice especially for the price point. staff was also very friendly:). highly recommend !!

I liked the residence inn alot but the bed in room 120 not as firm as I would like. I think it just needs a fresh update for a marriott.(new linens on beds, new paint colors, carpets etc) It was very busy and the breakfast area had a lot of people. The staff did a great job trying to keep up the the needs of the people there. Thersa the breakfast area gal did a fantastic job trying to get everyone needs met. She was very polite to the people there. she needs a raise because she worked very hard by herself.
