It was clean, roomy, and great location.

Pillows were flat and hard, barely slept. Bed was very hard.

I stayed in a suite and it was practically an apartment. Best value for the price you'll ever find

Nice to be able to have 2 bedrooms and a living room

I'm not a fan of stairs. But it's worth it for the extra room.

The staff is very nice and friendly, my son n I stay here often. The buildings probably could be updated and they seem to be working on that. I really have no complaints!

Just a quick hotel after being at Bush Gardens all day. It seems to me the receptionist did not know what she was doing.

This has been our go to place in Williamsburg in the last because it is budget friendly. This time the room was definitely average but more along the lines of what to expect when thinking of a budget. As with most older motels/hotels, room smelt a little musty upon arrival. Room was clean which is a big plus to me. Furnishings were aged but in decent condition. Providing a stand on each side of the bed a side chair to the bed, dresser, desk and a table and chairs to sit and eat if necessary. Room was incredibly spacious which was also nice. However, the bed left a bit to be desired. The sheets were clean, but were very aged and discolored. The mattress was extremely hard and felt like you were laying directly on the floor. At around 11 pm the air conditioner lost power and would not turn back on. When we questioned staff regarding this, they tried to be helpful but just kept saying it would turn on and off when temp was met. Couldn’t get them to understand there was no power to it at all at first. Then they realized it kicked a breaker. Got it fixed and it happened again the next evening. Decided to leave early the last night scheduled. Traveling home beat sleeping on that bed with the air conditioning cutting off.
