Caliente tropics feels like a tropical vacation! We especially love the Tahitian rooms ! From the entrance of the room you can hear lovely Polynesian music and birds, surrounded by palm trees, bamboo and other tropical trees! The rooms are spacious and clean, the staff is friendly and the facilities are great! The pool is one of the nicest you will find in Palm Springs- surrounded by lush tropical landscaping! Lovely stay always!❤️

Room was decent and clean.

NO HOT WATER FOR SHOWER OR SINK AFTER THE BOTH OF US TRIED TO LET WATER RUN TO GET IT HOT. FELT SUPER GUILTY ABOUT WASTING THAT MUCH WATER, WITH NO SUCCESS. NO FUN TAKING A COLD SHOWER!! ALSO, a Guest who was there in the lobby as I arrived had a problem with his reservation and the employee at the desk would not contact the hotel management to discuss his situation. The desk clerk was rude to him saying he was being a threat and told him he was going to call the police when this man was doing NOTHING to be threatening IN ANY WAY! Management should have been called, as if I had been presented with his situation, I too would have requested to speak with management.

The outdoor and pool area are very nice.

Our room was very outdated and desperately needed renovation. Especially the bathroom/shower and the carpet. There was no table and only one chair in the room.
