Rodeway Inn & Suites Houston near Medical Center

It was affordable and comfortable.

Nothing, we weren’t able to stay in the room. The man that was in the front desk was completely drunk and weren’t asked him to check our booking. He refused and went into the back door.

I would like to get a refund. I’ve been trying to contact y’all, but y’all do not answer. Please contact me regarding the refund because I was not able to stay in the room.

Everything... The guy was rude.. I paid through booking 1-7 (1 week) and that's allot of money and when i went there showed him the confirmation and receipt and when i went there he was like i didn't get the money. Go call booking.... He was dismissive and rude.. Because i was tired after 20 hours fight i had to pay him again 2 nights (and he raised the price for both nights by the way more than the one listed on booking) because i didn't have a car or anything like that i had to get it because i was tired and it was night time. The wifi was very weak.. His apartment building had no adress on google.. his attitude was bad.. On top of all this after 2 days (despite me paying 9 days worth of stay) he told me to leave because he has many bookings and his apartments are full (which is obviously bull crap). Absolutely garbage, i should have listened to the reviews on google and other places... they all say this place is garbage.

We did not stay checked in and was given a molded room that someone else's was already occupying Asked to cancel room at that point no refund given are cancelled reservations.i was on oxygen and could not breathe in such conditions. Y'all should be ashamed for promoting this type of hotel.

Nothing - the room was so filthy that we left and had to rent at a different hotel. The pictures on the website are fake and the actual room looks nothing like the pictures. We opened the sofa bed and dust flew everywhere and there was trash on it. DO NOT stay here. The bed sheets had cigarette burns. This property should not be advertised.

It's horrible

The A/C did not work at all the entire two days the office wasn't will to do anything about it it was horrible sweated the entire time

My babies said mommy we feel safe here and I have stayed at many places and my babies didn't feel safe but here they do as a single mother that means a lot to me

That I have my privacy

Room was dirty. Had roaches the door weren’t locked and they had a plastic cover in the fire alarm.

Everything also the owner was drunk at all times and you can smell the alcohol coming out from his pores.
