The layout of the room it makes you feel like you’re at home they have a kitchen with a stove full size refrigerator it was nice

I like everything about it

The location was alright

Water leaking from the ceiling, dead bugs and mouse droppings on the floor, no microwave or coffee pot like advertised, the smell of smoke throughout,

The lobby was closed due to "Covid". Had to deal with staff through window. It is Feb. 2025. Room was in poor repair (cracked floor tile, missing lamp fixtures, broken window blinds, stains on wall, missing strips of laminate on furniture, sheets with stains).

It was close to Rice University and walking distance from some food.

Super dirty, mice, cockroaches. Stains on the towels and sheets. Bugs found in bed. Smelled like smoke. The service was very rude, tried to charge me even though I already paid. Did not offer any accommodation or refund after a rodent got into the banana and protein bar I brought.
