Rodeway Inn & Suites Houston near Medical Center

Management was horrible. I paid for a room that held up to five people for my son, his fiancé and their two children. When I checked in everything was fine I paid for a four day stay ( holidays). I received a call from a mail manager, I guess stating my family had to leave and unless I paid $30 cash every day even after I stated the room holds up to five people they’re only four. I will never ever use this hotel again.

There is no breakfast. Location was ok.

We stayed in Room 206. The hotel is nothing fancy but it was cleaner than some I have been in. There was one bad spot in the floor that was really soft like there was no floor joist there to support the floor where u walked. That is not good especially if a bigger person walked there the floor could have fell apart. Very dangerous. And if you gonna have a kitchen in the room at least put in a few basic dishes.

That my room everything was dirty hand towels with lipstick all the towels were dirty a very filthy place to stay I don’t recommend

The air conditioner wasn’t working well. To us it was kinda hot in the the A-C was only blower air instead of cold air. The restroom tub has a brown stain like a burn and the toilet seat has it too. And the outside surrounding was ok just the other guests were asking my husband for some drugs! So I did call to complain and the employee said he was going to be checking the cameras all night. I told him we wanted to cancel because we didn’t feel safe, because them guys were just staring at us until we got inside the room. It was just creepy to us.

The property was in a decent location, if you can handle roaches in mass quantities literally everywhere including on you if you sit still for very long. I can’t say I enjoyed or liked anything about this horrible experience.

The property was having problems with a SEVERE roach infestation. I wasn’t able to complete my stay it was so bad and had to go to another hotel. I wasn’t refunded money for the nights I wasn’t there. I’m adding a couple of photos to verify my statement I also have videos.

Absolutely nothing.

Everything. The first room didn’t lock. The alarm was off the ceiling. The cable didn’t work. The towels were dirty. The toilet paper was used. The bedsheets were dirty and worst of all it was infested with roaches. We were moved to a different room, and the roaches were even worse in that room. I need a full refund. We checked out within 2 hours and got a room elsewhere.

there was dead roaches in the cabinet, the tv didn't work and the front desk was told and he didn't do nothing, no breakfast. I tried to call the front desk and the phone was not even hooked up. There was no running water in the sink in the kitchen. oh and the wall was open to were the water turns on. it was very uncomfortable and not friendly. I didn't stay my whole time and went some where else. please don't waste your time. I made sure I took pictures too.
