Rodeway Inn & Suites Houston near Medical Center

The room was so bad that I checked out less than an hour from the time I checked in. I didn't even ask for a new room or a refund. The room was extremely dirty. The mattress had stains from what looked like old bed bug feces and the mattress was never replaced. The shelf where the bath towels were stored had dirt and grime in them. One of the "clean" towels had a long black hair in it. The walls had holes in them. The room smelled like smoke and the comforter had multiple burn holes in it, despite the room being labeled as smoke free. HORRIBLE!

Rooms are old with roaches

Mattresses were so unconfortable. Roaches and stinking smells.

That it was close to the hospital my wife was having surgery at. But it was definitely a turd amongst all the rest of the area.

Well to start with it took forever to get somebody to the window at the front desk. Then parking was horrible but understandable. The hotel itself felt like it was about to fall apart at any minute it smelled horrible there were roaches all over it was just generally nasty. Definitely believe the reviews.. If I have I would not have stayed there. It was horribly disgusting

Run down, dirty, bugs and insects in room, water/rust marks in bath tub, TV and toilet did not work and had to switch rooms. Other room similar conditions except toilet and TV worked (not all channels)

Utterly disgusting. The bed blanket had holes and tears. The walls were half painted. The room reeked of mold. The shower tub was stained brown and yellow. The cupboards had rat-proof foam in many crevices. The doors were scuffed and marked all over. The floor had loose tiles. The only positive is the location of the hotel. It is in walking distance to the medical center and Rice Village. The motel needs a major renovation.

Did not like. It was roach infested did not even sleep there. Spent time trying to put medicine for roaches. Then finally gave up and left at midnight did not sleep there. Had to look for other hotel. Want a refund

The property was in a ok location. The room itself was spacious, we only had 2 towels in the room. The bed sheets or pillows were not comfortable.

The place was dirty. Cops where on the property. Unsafe and scary area. The front desk assistant apologized and this mess.
