The room was clean

I stood outside the locked lobby for 20 minutes waiting to check in and get my room key.

Horrible property was stolen

The didn't serve breakfast

Smell of the room was awful. The key card didn't work properly, TV cable never worked, the microwave was burnt inside.

Room blinds broken with big gap. Bathtub too dirty to use. Never found TV remote. No washcloth, just towels. LONG time for hot water to get hot.

It was one of the worst times we even had in a hotel

My card had declined for a reservation that I had cancelled (I had a new room reserved at this same location). I changed my card info, thinking it was a mistake, and it got confirmed. I called the motel and the man insisted that it was already cancelled and he had no reservations under my name. I called again later that evening to see if maybe a different employee could help me. Nope.. it was the same man and he said, and I quote - "Didn't I speak to you earlier? I told you it was cancelled already." I tried to explain about the different reservations and tried giving him the different booking confirmation numbers I had and that the one being charged was the cancelled one. He insisted that "How do you have a confirmation number if I told you it's cancelled and there's nothing under your name and that's it." I got the confirmation that my new booking was "completed" with the review page for my stay. I didn't stay there. I had to find somewhere else to stay last minute.

It was old and rundown

The staff was rude and uncompromising. We needed extra towels and they did not give them to us. The key didn’t work and I was let in the time by the manager who then walked off and did not give me another key The man just said go in the room and stay in there. My family and I ended up leaving there once the roaches came out. I ended up having to pay to stay somewhere else. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I’m disappointed in booking.com for representing such a facility. The non refundable policy should not but exist for this property.
