Its dirty and smalls horrible. Its hard to breath there, I was washing myself and close twice for to erase thous small.

We arrived late at night and the receptionist wanted cash for my daughter and I to stay. I refused as I had all receipts through booking.com and still refused our stay. Finally agreed to sort it out in the morning as it was late night. Very frightening when alone with child being threatened with nowhere to stay unless I paid cash. The room was utterly disgusting, holes in walls, chipped paint, spills on walls, dirty sofa, filthy bathroom, two tiny dirty towels. Absolutely nothing in the kitchen apart from fridge freezer and coffee maker, no cups, spoons plates etc, every cupboard empty. I cannot explain how awful this place is. Its dirty and feels in an unsafe area, We slept in our clothes and pushed sofa against the door as we were scared. We checked out at first light, handed our key cards in and verbally cancelled the next two days. We have not received a refund for 2 nights we didn't stay and we have been abandoned by booking.com we could not get through on any emergency numbers to booking.com and received no help or support. My husband in England had to email and get help. Do not stay here. do not waste your money. as of 24th Jan still no refund and no help from Booking.com

This is by far the worst place I have ever stayed. We booked with booking.com who have provided terrible service and help when we needed it. Not a single cup, mug or teaspoon in the room, there was a coffee maker but absolutely nothing to make a coffee with. I cannot explain how awful this place is. We have not received a refund for 2 nights we didn't stay and we have been abandoned by booking.com we could not get through on any emergency numbers to booking.com and received no help or support. Everything, do not stay here and do not book with booking.com they will abandon you and leave you stranded.

Worked perfect for the night and kind people

I was overcharged twice and had to pay a third time at hotel. Still have not been refunded my overcharge. The agent on line at booking.com suggested the hotel refund me back the amount $63.83. Have not received. The hotel was old the. The tub was rusted, the bed was very uncomfortable. I was charged $70.26 twice when making reservation. Have not yet to receive refund. No one has contacted me.

Rusted hotel uncomfortable bed and room not up to date

This hotel has severely declined since I last stayed there in 2020. The material condition is horrible and the customer service was horrible. Pictures and anecdotal accounts available upon request. I intend to contact Roadway and Choice about the 3rd world conditions and the severe impact to Rodeway & Choice’s reputations.

The owner was money hungry and told me I did pay hi. I paid Expedia and tried milk money out of me just to get my belongings after I requested a late check out
