OYO Hotel Wichita Falls I-44 Sheppard Airforce

I had a nice comfortable stay and rest, the owner was real nice to me.

People here are friendly and staff are very helpful.

Horrible hotel. Bathroom door didn't lock. Sink broken. Loud music and people fighting all night long. Didn't get any sleep. And they hotel doesn't take debit cards even though it says thry do on the door.

Hmm where do i start well when i got there i had to wait in the space between the lobby and the outside because the lady was asleep on the couch in the lobby which took 30 min ,then she had the worst attitude ever She then demanded 10 $ for a deposit which is fine but my thing is i had already paid online what if i didnt have that 10$ cash on me then what . I paid for a king and i told her that she gave me a 2 queen size bed room which was nasty there were people loitering all over the parking lot ,all in all it was just a terrible experience i didnt even stay 10 min and left. My advice DONT STAY HERE go buy a tent it will be more pleasant .

My goal was to find a decent place to stay on a tight budget. I was very pleased with this hotel. The room was spotless, and the staff was friendly and professional. The pool was not yet open for the season, and there was no coffee or breakfast provided, but one would not expect there to be at this price. I would definitely stay here again.

Front desk lady (Paula I believe) was great. Room was not. Most of the lights didn't work in the room, the TV and everything was unplugged, the sockets for the plugs were so loose that I had to move the nightstand to pinch my phone charger from coming out of the wall. The lady next to us checked into a full trash can that she had to bring to the front to get emptied, and to top off EVERYTHING ELSE no bathroom door. Poor Paula was just trying to keep up. She needs a raise.

Best rest ever had, Paula was awesome, will recommend highly, 👌 will make it my preferred stay for sure.

Good location with access to the city, inexpensive.

This place is awful. First ,the receptionist was the most rude individual I have come across in a business. We had reservations for two rooms with king beds for three nights. He kept saying we only we reserved for two nights . He kept saying two beds, two beds. He was holding the reservation in his hand that showed the king bed , 3 night reservation. Then when we get to the room , the fire detector was not there. The water in the tub could not be turned off. The television did not work. The big nice lobby shown in the pictures of amenities was never open. The bed spread was dirty. It honesty is one of the worst places I have ever stayed. The worst part really was how rude the receptionist was. I would obviously not recommend this place.

First room was filthy second room no ac/heat. No other rooms available. It got really cold. No trash cans anywhere!
