Clean, quiet, friendly.

Man at the front was extremely rude the entire time. When we first got there he acted like he didn’t even want to give us a room even though we had already booked it and paid for it. When we got to the room there was no remote for the tv and the switch next to the door controlled the power for the whole room so you couldn’t touch it. When we called for a remote we were told we would have to wait until someone else showed up in the office so we could get one. I have worked multiple front desk jobs and it is your duty to put a sign up and do what your guests need you to do regardless if you are by yourself or not. There was no bed spread on the beds. The room was not very clean. The pool was not open and excuse I was told was “no one has a pool because of the river,” but we had already found another hotel with an open pool. We were in the room less than 30 minutes and checked out because we were so dissatisfied with everything. I do not recommend staying here unless you absolutely just need somewhere to sleep for the night but be prepared for extreme rudeness and poor customer service.

service was bad and I got locked inside because a door knob was in the managers car.

room was sufficient, no foul odors, the tv worked great. the a/c worked perfect and water flowed nicely. there was a mini fridge and a microwave that worked properly as well.

the towels were torn and stained. the bathroom was in poor condition, with holes in the tub and the air vent hanging open. the door had no security latch for night time secured locking.

bed was comfortable

The lady was rude, I was supposed to have a king room and was given double beds, only one light worked, room was not very clean. Lady at the from made me use cash and then charged me an extra $10 because it’s “her policy”.

Lady at the front desk was extremely nice however she had no idea what was going on didnt know how many rooms she had. Available or which ones had working microwaves and fridges. Extremely odd from the start. She then had us go ip to two rooms to check if the fridges and microwaves worked. We got to our room and the tv was on, bed looked slept in, extremely musty, had flys and none of the lights worked. It felt gross just being in there. In addition to the room being gross, there were sketchy people were living in the rooms around us.
