We really enjoyed our stay at the La Quinta - Nellis location it was conveniently located for all our hiking adventures. The staff were excellent - very friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfasts provided by the hotel were delicious and the hotel was very clean and comfortable. We had a wonderful stay!!

Charged $250 because I didn’t cancel “in time” — but their deadline was based on a different time zone that was not clearly communicated. No flexibility, no courtesy, just a full penalty. Very disappointing customer service. Be careful and double-check the exact cancellation cutoff before booking.
