AYANA Resort Bali

This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at, first of all it’s incredibly busy and everywhere you look someone is taking instagram pictures, in the koi pond there are multiple dead koi fish who seem to have been there for quite a while. The food is inedible and everywhere meal has left us feeling sick. Don’t get me started on the pool, it’s incredibly busy and smells of pee, the only pool which is somewhat clean is the one in Segara. I don’t have much to say about the rooms as they are clean and overall nice but you will feel as though you are in a government housing unit if. My last point is that this hotel does not give you that sense of warm hospitality that Indonesia usually gives you and I am saying this who has come to the beautiful country 5 times over the last 3 years. Overall this hotel looks lovely online but gross and unenjoyable in real life. 1/5

Had an amazing experience at AYANA Resort Bali. The views are unreal, especially at sunset, and the resort itself feels like a destination on its own. Staff were warm, attentive, and made everything seamless. Special shoutout to IIN and Reza for their outstanding hospitality, they truly made a difference. Would definitely come back.

We had such a wonderful stay and truly appreciated how family-friendly everything was. The children’s amenities were exceptional—from the thoughtfully designed play areas to the availability of nanny services and engaging crafts. Even the inclusion of children’s tableware showed how much care and attention goes into making families feel comfortable. All of the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. One feature that really stood out was the app used for communication—it was so simple to navigate and made connecting with different services seamless and stress-free. A special thank you to Lia, one of our children’s nannies, who was absolutely wonderful. She was so kind and caring, and always took photos of the kids so I felt reassured they were happy and doing well. My children adored her, which gave my husband and me the chance to relax and truly enjoy some quality time together. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to other families!
