The resort is incredible We stayed at Ayana resort and the manicure facilities are amazing, everything from the different restaurants to choose from, the pools, the museum, the service, the friendly staff

Ayana totally exceeded our expectations for our honeymoon. It was a perfect stay, and we had amazing experiences across the resort's pools, restaurants, bars and other events. Getting prioty seating for sunset at Rock Bar was a highlight, as well as the romantic candlelight dinner at Bale Kencana, and never at any point of our stay was anywhere too full - in fact at some stages we had entire pools to ourselves. All the staff were amazing but a few we wanted to acknowledge in particular: -Erma - our amazing housekeeper in Bali Resort. So lovely and made our rooms beautiful every day. -Pande - our driver to our next destination. A wonderful man who gave us some great tips for the next part of our journey -Diana (Kisik) and Budi (After Rock) for incredible service at their places. The way they both made us feel welcome was a true highlight of our time at Ayana. A highly enjoyable trip - and while Ayana is a more expensive way of holidaying in Bali, it was perfect for a stress-free, relaxing holiday, knowing that the staff are always friendly and ready to help you enjoy your experience. We can't wait to return.

Ayana 리조트 안에서 모든 걸 즐길 수 있었습니다. 리조트 안에 다양한 공간들마다 각기 다른 뷰들을 볼 수 있는 점이 제일 마음에 들었어요. 리조트 부지가 정말 넓은데 이동할 수 있는 셔틀 시스템도 정말 잘 되있고 시간에 맞춰서 와주어서 편하게 이용했습니다. 오시는 분들은 꼭 아야나 앱을 다운받으시길 추천해요. 리조트 내에 정말 뭐가 많아서 한번에 알기 어려운데 한국어로 서비스도 지원하고 이미지와 함께 정리되어 있어서 다양한 서비스들을 즐기려면 필수입니다! 숙박하는 동안 정말 많은 직원분들을 만났는데 다들 웃으시면서 먼저 인사해주시고 항상 친절하게 응대해주시는게 기분 좋았습니다. 그 중에서도 체크인과 체크아웃할때 도와주었던 Ajus는 정말 친절하고 좋은 서비스로 맞이해주었는데 다시 한번 고맙다고 얘기해주고 싶네요! 아야나를 소개하는 다양한 한국 컨텐츠들을 봤었는데 뷰가 좋은 숙소정도로만 알고왔었는데 기대보다 몇배는 이상이었네요.

아침 6-7시경 공사소리 같은 소음들이 있어서 약간 아쉬웠습니다.

The view from the room was beautiful and almost as presented in the photos. Also, the staff were friendly and attentive. All in all, a good experience in that respect.

Right outside our room (behind the hotel complex) there was renovation work going on and it started at 7am and went on all day till after 9pm! This fact was reflected to the hotel concierge / manager.
