Absolutamente todo!

No hubo nada que no me agrade

Everything was phenomenal and far exceeded all of our expectations. The only downside is that there is no all-inclusive option, as the food costs do tally up quickly even if the food was delicious and top-quality.

An all-inclusive option would have been fantastic as our meal costs add up rather quickly. All of the restaurants were fantastic but the cost of meals was definitely resort-level, luxury prices and considerably more expensive than a typical Bali meal, and even the food prices at the second resort we stayed at in Seminyak.

What not too like: Impeccable service Room is very nice Food is top notch (Sumizen, rockbar..), room delivery is fast and Super good (burger) Ayana application is insanely good Massive resort with many things to do... wish i stayed longer to do the seafood restaurant and beach club. Saka museum!

Nitpicking: aircon was a slightly noisy.. The size of the venue force you to take a buggie. It's a bit hot in some places - not really the resort fault however.

整体基础设备非常不错，给人以非常好的度假感 尤其满意酒店水疗中心的服务，前台的一个天使特别幽默，把整个旅行的体验都拉高了！

1、酒店早餐由于客人太多，将我们安排到餐厅的另一边，但是员工并不知道另一边的区域还有人在用餐，导致需要冰咖啡送了3次仍然没有送到 2、提前很久在app上预定rockbar，服务人员不确定先是否是住客，态度极其消极的要求拿出门票，直到我给出预约证明。态度大转变，太差了！！！
