Amazing experience at this resort. Fantastic food and staff. Amazing amenities and experiences. Thank you to Nanda at Padi for wonderful service, Adi at Ayana Farm for the delicious afternoon tea, and Mana our favourite yoga instructor for being patient with us despite our multiple falls into the pool during Sup Yoga.

Without a doubt, AYANA is one of the finest resorts we have experienced in Bali. Every detail reflects luxury, comfort, and exceptional hospitality, making our stay truly unforgettable. SUPERB APP WITH PROMPT RESPONSE! One thing that genuinely impressed us was the excellent Wi-Fi connectivity throughout the entire property—even at the pools, Kubu Beach, and every corner of the resort. A special mention to Angga at the front desk, whose warmth, professionalism, and detailed explanations made our arrival seamless. If you have the chance, do ask for him. For dining, Scusa is an absolute must-visit. The staff, especially Eka, went above and beyond to accommodate our vegetarian preferences with exceptional care. Every restaurant we visited was fantastic, including the iconic Rock Bar, where Intan and Padi provided outstanding service. The pools are simply spectacular—some of the most beautiful we have seen. And if you’re staying at AYANA, the Thalassotherapy experience is something you absolutely shouldn’t miss. For the best experience, I highly recommend staying at AYANA Resort with an Ocean View room. We loved it so much that our next visit will definitely be in one of their villas. AYANA truly sets the benchmark for luxury hospitality in Bali, and we cannot wait to return. NOTE:- there was some maintenance work which disturbed us for more than 24hrs which was annoying, inspite of guest staying they should have made sure the work should have been delayed !

AYANA resorts is one best maintained resort and I would place them first 10 in top of the list.Their Reception and front office is so Perfect and pleasant and guests feel so wanted.I want to specially mention Ms Meri from front office,She was not only very knowledgeable about her job but she was also pleasant,Gracious and was always ready to help the guest.During our stay we interacted with her so many times and she was there to help you with her beautiful smile intact even in stressful time.Staff like Ms Meri are asset to any organisation.I would like mention Ms Iin and Mr Dika for their help on any subject.

Easily one of the most iconic places to stay in Bali. The entire AYANA complex feels like a small world of its own — stunning cliffside views, beautiful pools, incredible sunsets, and some of the best hospitality on the island.

This is a truly magnificent resort. We have been lucky enough to stay at many 5 Star resorts throughout the world and Ayana is at the very top of our list. I cannot speak highly enough of the fantastic staff throughout the resort. We received personalised and thoughtful service every day. There is so much to do and experience here that you need not ever leave the property if you don’t want to. Great choice of restaurants, bars, pools and scenic spots. Gorgeous place - we are already planning a return visit. Highly recommend this resort for singles, couples and families. Magnificent.

We had the fortune of holding our wedding at AYANA and beyond the fact that the SKY AYANA venue is hands down one of the most beautiful wedding venues ever, I cannot adequately put into words how impressed and grateful I am towards the AYANA team. Any couple with Pak Tangkas and his wedding team handling their wedding can rest assured that they have one of the most sincere, dedicated, and capable teams in charge of their wedding. From day one, our wedding process has been extremely smooth and easy, with many thanks to the assistance from the AYANA wedding team (and also shoutout to the best wedding organisers in Bali - Delapan!). Pak Tangkas has gone out of his way to help accommodate our many requests (even the last minute ones), and shown us constant kindness and graciousness including helping to pray for clear skies on our wedding day. The entire resort staff has also provided top-notch service, where every staff we walked past in the resort instantly recognised us as the wedding couple (out of what must be thousands of resort guests) and congratulated us. All of our wedding guests also had the best time staying in and exploring the resort, and we have received endless feedback about how that was the most memorable wedding (and holiday weekend) they've attended. All in all, a huge THANK YOU to Pak Tangkas and the entire AYANA team for making our dream wedding come true. We will most definitely be back to AYANA for future holidays, and can't wait to visit Pak Tangkas and his team again!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Rimba by AYANA. A beautiful first class resort. Our Accommodation was located in Rimba AYANA but you are able to discover all the resorts on the property. All swimming pools were beautiful, children’s pools and adults only pools available. Various restaurants to choose from which offered so many different cuisines, the tram service that took you around the resort was reliable. The friendly staff were amazing and went out of their way to assist you at all times. The resort is first class, neat , tidy and maintained to the highest standards. The private beach is a must and also the Bezch bar . The Rockpool is also a must to experience the location, cuisine and watch the sunsets. Overall a great experience, from arrival to departure. Very relaxing , thoroughly enjoyable and we will return.
