Amazing location and atmosphere for the rooms, all the facilities, and restaurants. Exceptional service from each and every staff member we interacted with, not a single bad thing to say about any employee. Andika provided great service for us in our private romantic dinner that we organised through the resort.

Only the activities for kids was good

Extremely rude staff and Spa ruined the whole experience for us. They don’t know how to greet with smile in talassoterapy session. The communication level of staff is very poor and annoying. The fact that we had 2 rooms and one room was for my kids and they wanted to charge me for the pen mark on the chair. The first day I found huge worms in my room when I reach out to guest service they told me it’s normal which is not true! My last day I woke up and found so many small insects in the closet on the sheets in the toilet. This place doesn’t feel luxuries at all

We recently hosted our wedding at Ayana Resort & Spa, Bali, and the entire experience was nothing short of a dream come true. First and foremost, a massive, heartfelt thank you to Director Ardi and Manager Agatha. They were both incredibly attentive, genuinely caring, and immensely helpful throughout the entire journey. What blew us away the most was their mind-blowing responsiveness—both Ardi and Agatha were reachable within seconds. No matter what questions or last-minute problems we threw at them, they always came back with the perfect answer in a zap! They went above and beyond to make sure every single detail was seamless, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy our special days. Every moment at Ayana was unforgettable: The Breathtaking Venue (Sky Ayana): We held our ceremony at Sky Ayana. Saying our vows against the backdrop of the endless ocean under a stunning white floral arch was breathtaking. The indoor reception later that evening was just as spectacular, with a gorgeous chandelier and an elegant setup that amazed all our guests. Unforgettable Sunset Cocktails at Rock Bar: The welcome sunset cocktail party at Rock Bar was a massive hit. The ocean views and sunset were magnificent. Our friends and family had the absolute best time—as one of our friends joked on social media, we probably gave the wedding planners a bit of a scare because our crowd was partying, taking shots, and drinking from morning until night! Beautiful Room Touches: Coming back to our room to find a beautifully arranged honeymoon setup—complete with swan towels, fresh roses, and adorable bride and groom teddy bears—was such a warm and thoughtful touch. Impeccable Attention to Detail: From the personalized "Technical Meeting" easel sign welcoming us, to the beautifully printed "RESERVED" cards marking the prime seats for our immediate family (our moms, dads, and brothers) at lunch, the resort's attention to detail made us and our loved ones feel incredibly special. If you are planning a destination wedding in Bali, look no further than Ayana. The room and service was fine.

When I checked in, the staff advised me to pay a deposit and assured me that it would be refunded after checkout. However, when I checked out, I was told that the refund would take around 14 days. After 14 days had passed, I emailed to follow up, and they then informed me that weekends and holidays were not included in that timeframe. Now, more than 14 business days have passed, and I still have not received my deposit back. This is extremely disappointing and completely unacceptable.
