Room was large and good value for the price.

I would have liked to know in advance that we’d be charged a parking fee for the car. I don’t like surprises. It might have affected our decision. And I definitely know it will affect our decision to stay in the future. We don’t like hidden costs. You only get one chance to make a first impression.

This is one of my favorite places to stay when in BowlingGreen. Thebf staff, friendly and helpful. Beds are comfortable for a goid nights sleep.

Easy to get too. Very clean and large room. Being able to enter the room from inside the building was great due to weather.

Emma at the front desk on night shift was excellent and helped me out. She deserves a raise as many times as I bothered her with questions and things. I always come here when I have to travel out of state which is usually at least 6 times a year, often around difficult times and circumstances. The staff is always helpful and understanding, so I won’t be staying anywhere else!

Great stay, friendly staff, clean and quiet room with nice interior and a comfortable mattress made a good stay. Breakfast was good, option to have eggs cooked to order was a winner.

Breakfast was wonderful but was an additional cost. I enjoyed the layout of the hotel, it had an open commons area with lounge areas and the restaurant. The laundry facilities were wonderful.

Was outdated. The pool was cold and had the be shut down during some of the stay for maintenance.

I wasn't expecting a $16.00 per person charge for the standard, usually included, hotel breakfast. I also wasn't expecting a PARKING fee in their very own parking lot. The rooms were fine but I could have gone elsewhere, had the same level room and NOT been this aggravated.

This is my go to place to stay. Staff is always amazing. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. I stayed here 160+ nights this year and highly recommend them.
