They had no help at the front desk because someone called in and the line was long

Was very warm welcoming clean smiling faces and helpful. Would go back at any time enjoyed myself very much very peaceful environment

Hotel was beautiful, never got to see the rooms though since we had to cancel due to our reservation not being ready

our reservation was not ready at the time it was supposed to be, had to cancel and find another hotel in order to have enough time to get ready for our event. Hotel staff were rude and unhelpful and did not offer anything to resolve the situation. The hotel looked beautiful but we did not get to experience it since the hotel overbooked their rooms and we had to cancel.

I booked this thru your company booking.com. Yiu couldn’t send a “ trial card” to the hotel when I was trying to check in. I spent at least an hour with Eunjae K. And Emma, the check-in person at the hotel. I had to pay for the room again which means, I double paid and you guys are supposed to be reimbursing me the $106 that I paid to make the reservation. I need for a manager to contact me about this.

Clean and central.

We stayed here for 1 night and it was a very quiet, nice, and clean hotel. They were very accommodating and had pretty good food. The hotel is conveniently located.
