Location was good. New restaurant onsite was great

Beds are very high, which made it very difficult for elderly person to get in. Toilets are very low, again difficult

The location is great. Close to downtown Grand Haven. The outdoor pool area and Tikki bar have a nice set up.

The view from my room balcony was looking over a roof top. I felt like it was slightly overpriced.

Pool was broken, hot tub didn't look great. Room advertised as a water view and we got the parking lot. Breakfast was not free.
