Holiday Inn Grand Haven-Spring Lake by IHG

Everyone and everything was nice. We only stayed one night but no complaints or concerns. Would use again

The complientry water with fruit in the lobby had fruit flies all around it . The rooms were muggy and small

The room was musty smelling and was not cleaned very well. There were cobwebs on some of the walls. The bathroom door didn’t latch properly when closed, so when the air conditioner turned on, the door would pop open. It’s a pricey hotel, so be advised that you’re paying for a great location, not a great hotel room.

The staff was so courteous and welcoming from the beginning.

Hotel and room was fine. Our bathroom was a little on the small side but no other complaints. I would stay here again.

The location was convenient to downtown Grand Haven & the beach. Also, we stayed there before.

The hotel was on a generator when we checked in, and then the hotel shut off the power to fix the problem after a few days. The A/C did not work properly, the ice machine on our floor didn't work, our room was low on kleenex, hand soap & towels. The bed was awful to sleep on, as well as the pillows. Way too soft. We should have been compensated for the inconvenience of all this caused by the hotel, but nothing was offered. We will not ever stay there again!

We loved this hotel so much and already plan to go back next year and stay longer! Location is awesome, on the water, only about 10 minutes from Grand Haven State Park. Property was clean and well maintained. Beds are super comfortable, rooms all have small balconies. Indoor pool and hot tub, outdoor pool were big, comfortable temperature. Outdoor space with cornhole, volleyball net, giant chess. Burger Theory (restaurant) had great food - we loved the pizza and chicken tenders, breakfast was great too! Outdoor Tiki Bar - chill vibes, awesome service. All staff was friendly and welcoming.

We lost one night because the hotel had no power and we had to find another accommodation late at night. Then on our third day, they lost power again and it was very hot so our state was not very good. I would hope somebody would give us some credit

The money the charge is not worthy for the hotel condition at all. Rooms very little, dirty, coffee supplies and cups very limited. They advertise a great balcony and you can't even move there, it's really small a dirty.
