The room needed updates and the mattress wasn't comfortable

I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights when my air-conditioning at my home needed repairs. The room was very clean and hallways were clean without trash outside of rooms. The staff were extremely nice and helpful and the overall look of the hotel was excellent. Breakfast buffet was very good. I have stayed in hotels that I paid a lit more money for that don't come close to the niceness of this hotel.

Totally pleased with the Hotel!

The air conditioning was broken, the event center smelled like a truck stop bathroom, and the carpets tiles were lifting on the edges so much I almost tripped multiple times. The rafters in the main hotel are so dusty that they look like they are covered in rust. If I never come back to this hotel it will be too soon.
