Hotel Topeka at City Center

Very nice and staff friendly and helpful.

No microwave and curtain wouldn’t close all the way. Had to clip it closed.

Liked the 12 Noon check out we wereallowed

I was traveling for business. Some positives: The breakfast was excellent. The bed was comfortable (except the pillows), and the shower had hot water any time of day. Negatives - the pillows compressed into very hard blocks, they were testing the fire alarms, the elevators were not working the last day, and the stairwells smelled like cigarette smoke. I have stayed at this hotel at least a dozen times in the last 5 years, and this was the least comfortable. Except for the breakfast, which has improved greatly since the last time.

It was adequate . But blankets were cheap.

Reliably good place to stay whenever I go to Topeka

This hotel was great but the bar area was closed and only open on the weekends

Snowed in with the staff and they did everything they could to make the guests comfortable.

We were hired to dj a New Year Eve party at the hotel and decided to book a room for the evening. The room was clean and comfortable. We were able to fit all our equipment in the room after the event which was a plus as we prefer not to leave it in the vehicle overnight. Staff was all kind and extremely helpful.
