"Overpriced and understaffed!"

The location

It was in the middle of a remodel. The staff was not helpful. There was no linens for the pull out sofa and when I asked for some I was told I had to come to the front desk and then they gave me a mattress protect and one blanket. No sheets and I was told they had no pillows. The front desk staff were unhelpful. The thermostat in my room was not working. The temp was 62 degrees so I had to turn off the air conditioner. They charged $300!

The elevator was nice to see the main lobby as u go up n down.

The location

The bathroom, the bed comforter,the door between the rooms allowed you to hear every word next door. A closet with no hangers or place to put hangers. A total rip off on price.

The layout

There were no rods in the closet to hang our clothes. Also, we had to ask for more towels. Only came with 2. Only 1 waffle maker.
