The front desk staff walked away while customers were there to go have a shot with the bartender. The food was horrible and not worth the money. There was hair all over the bathroom and pillow cases.

We stays at the Radisson for a conference. Very nice lobby area, very large. Free coffee and hot tea 24 hrs. Check in quick and painless. Conference room very large, clean and well appointed. The large lobby area is where the breakfast was served. Abundance of seating. They had eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes etx. Breakfast was from 630-1030. The are renovated the hotel, and we had a newly remodeled room. It was your standard 2 queen hotel room but everything was bright and clean. Beds, pillows and comforters very warm and comfy. The room also had a mini-fridge and one cup coffee maker which was very appreciated. The bathroom only had one sink but a very long wide counter top for all of our toiletries. There is a beautiful glass elevator. There is also a pool and hot tub. I should add there is a really nice little snack/beverage shop by the front desk. It also had a microwave which I thought was a nice touch since there is not one in the rooms. We had a wonderful stay at the Radisson, Cedar Rapids and will return again for next years conference. Would highly recommend!
