"It was okay. Not great."

We never got to eat breakfast because we had to leave early each morning

I realize remodeling in progress but our room was dated. Dirty carpet. No microwave. Had to repeatedly ask for fresh towels and for garbage to be taken out. Also took two days to get an extra pillow. Hot tub not working. We won't stay here again.

Location. Staff was great. Breakfast.

It’s old, our room was dirty, and I go charged 60 dollars more then I booked it for when I showed up and the attendant couldn’t tell me why.

"Comfortable, Good Location, with Renovation in Process"

This is a large, familiar property under new ownership and undergoing a huge renovation. Previous ownership had deferred necessary maintenance and updating of facilities and decor, resulting in the need for a sweeping renovation, which is now underway. Property is large with an atrium design and many facilities for accommodating large groups. I've stayed here many times under the previous flag and ownership, and several times under current ownership and affiliation with Choice Hotels as a Radisson. Slowly, the renovation is taking place, with this stay as the first in a newly renovated room. I enjoyed the updated decor with new colors and the fully renovated bathroom that includes a waterfall shower head. The bar and restaurant area in the lobby area of the atrium is now open again, which is a welcome change from my previous stay. The location is convenient to area businesses, with many shopping and dining options nearby. Also, convenient to downtown and medical facilities. Full hot breakfast is included in the room rate, which is another attractive feature. Room rates are very reasonable. I look forward to future stays as the renovations continue!
