He was very clean very nice in an area that was quite nice for me to walk my dogs. I could tell they were trying to remodel which was a good thing, but it was a bit outdated. There were no USB ports. Staff was very nice.

Stayed two nights with my kids, and the lack of housekeeping was a nightmare—especially with one in diapers. No one refreshed the room or brought towels, which made things really difficult. The hot tub jets didn’t work, and overall the pool area felt disappointing. I was also told to cover up when I briefly dropped off a cart in my one-piece swimsuit before heading straight back to the pool, which felt unnecessary. On the positive side, the breakfast attendant was very nice and attentive, but the food options were very limited for a hotel of this caliber. Other than those issues, the stay was okay, but I expected more from a Radisson.

The TV remote was hard to navigate, couldn't find the local channels with the Football game/ Hawkeyes on. No microwave

It was under construction but the bathroom was dirty and had mold. The shower curtain was filthy and old

Good stay. Nice and big pool. Same with hot tub. The property is massive and the rooms ar large. They are doing renovations right now (September 2025) to make it even better!

Dirty. Furniture is worn out and greasy. Over used and not cleaned. Carpet had red spills and a possible throw up spot. Nothing seemed as though anyone even attempted cleaning the spots. Dirt in the corners and no one bothered cleaning behind under or in the corners. This was after we insisted on a different room. We changed to this room

"Terrible would never return"

The bed was comfortable

The sink was stopped up. The internet kept turning on and off. The heat didnt work so we were cold all night. The staff was rude when we asked to speak with a manager. They said he comes at 9. When I went down at 9 they said he was in a conference. We had a late checkout and never got to speak to the manager. Its like they were trying to avoid it. The breakfast was bad and the waffle mix was so watered down they couldn't cook all the way through.
