Our room has major water damage on the ceiling. It smelt like mold and I would be curious if the pocket we found on our ceiling had mold inside of it. I went to report it and the guy at the desk said there was nothing he can do. Instructed we had to stay in the room because he had no other rooms opened. Refused to give a refund to go somewhere else due to being on the property for an hour.

"It worked to sleep in"

The hot breakfast they said they had was nonexistent. I don’t call a waffle, a hot breakfast cereal no real fruit such as apples, bananas oranges. They had a small cup of packaged fruit, deceiving from what it shows online

A room that didn’t stink like smoke lights that would’ve worked in the room changed from one room to another wasn’t a lot better but was tired so stayed and slept and left
