Quality Inn Prescott

Great location. So good for the money! Great open fire

It was close to where I needed to get to for the night

It really was not that clean, and there were cockroaches in our bathroom sink

I like that the hotel was close to Whiskey Row and that I got to come to Prescott to see my kids and my grandbaby and that's pretty much all I've got to say

The staff is not very friendly they never smiled none of them and when I went in my room it was not clean there were fresh Linens and clean sheets but it had not been vacuumed the tub had hair in it the sink had toothpaste on the counter and there was a razor blade on the counter the mirrors had not been touched and the floor was disgusting I cleaned it myself because I was too damn tired to move to another room or have anybody come in there I did talk to somebody and they just kind of said well I would have liked that either can we do something can we clean it now well I'm leaving now and I've already cleaned up myself but I think maybe your people need to be a little more observant and they need to do their job because on the pamphlet it says sanitized and clean rooms which it was not definitely not the pictures I have sent you are from the bathroom floor and I had to clean it twice

It was clean and in a good location

Very helpful and friendly staff. Nice breakfast choices. Room was adequate, but a little smaller than I prefer.
