Quality Inn Prescott

Had a nice dunk in the small pool both nights. Wish it would have opened at 6:00 AM instead of 9:00.

Breakfast bar was very basic.

Bathroom - the provided shampoo and conditioner dispensers were both empty and the shower curtain had black mold on one corner. Signs at the desk said they were low on housekeeping staff but mold???

Beautiful property, I noticed people staying at the hotel 6 were coming down to use the pool. Check in was on the difficult side. Very time consuming. Bed was uncomfortable and a used bar of soap in the bathroom.

The staff at the front desk was impeccable! Courteous and kind.

I liked our room, except we did not have a shower chair. I did request one when we checked in. Never heard anything about it. I loved that they had a fenced dog run. My dog had a good time playing in there.

Wish we could have had a shower stool. The tub was very slippery, at the very least it needed a shower matt.

It was clean and well located

The property provided essentials in the room, breakfast, and coffee whenever needed. I appreciated that a lot as well as staff unclogging our bathroom tub.

I didn’t like seeing a stained/clogged bathroom tub, dusty closet, stained walls/blankets, an cockroach in our room.

Very pleased with staff when I arrived. Liked the location of my room.
