My personal experience was not good. They just clean the room once for my 5 days stayed. The invoice they give me its wrong with inaccurate and duplicated charges, when I ask to fix they told me they will but never come back with the correct invoice I’ll never try to stay there

Upon entering my room, I immediately noticed a strong unpleasant odor. I had checked in very late at night and only had a few hours to rest before early morning meetings, yet the room conditions made restful sleep impossible. Later that night, I discovered that a large portion of the carpet, especially near the AC/heater unit, was completely soaked. That part of the room was unusable. Additionally, both the heater and the refrigerator were extremely noisy and woke me up multiple times throughout the night. The bathtub was also not clean upon arrival, which was unacceptable. I have photos documenting all of these issues. I had explicitly requested a quiet and comfortable room, but the room provided did not meet basic standards. To make matters worse, the room was neither the king bed nor the “deluxe” room shown in the photos and description at the time of booking. Separately, I now see additional unexplained charges on my credit card: – $37.19 listed as a breakfast charge??? – Another charge of $61.66??? I never received an invoice despite requesting it several days ago. Please send me an itemized statement immediately and explain the basis for these additional charges. The overall experience fell significantly below reasonable expectations, and the lack of response so far is deeply concerning.

1/10 would NEVER stay again, solely due to the service we received. The front desk staff are incredibly rude and the manager is the worst. Save your money and stay at the other Sonesta down the street, or better yet the Element nearby- the staff there are hospitable and kind, and the hotel is clean and modern.
