"Clean and restful, but crummy owners/ staff."

Right off the highway but no road noise.

I booked a room with a jacuzzi, I don't think they actually have one. At check in, after giving my babe was told I had booked a room with three queens, I pulled up my email showing the actual room i booked and was told it was unavailable. They then changed my room to a king suite but still tried to make me pay the price of the more expensive Jacuzzi suite. I objected and they lowered the price to the correct amount.

I didn't like having someone above my room when there were maybe a half dozen rooms rented. You pay good money, you expect peace and quiet.

Clean and didn’t smell bad

Flooring uneven so I caught my toe a few times. Breakfast was difficult because the only thing everyone wanted was the waffle maker and it takes 2.5 min/waffle so that’s a lot of standing in line.

The staff was welcoming and helpful

The place is very run-down. Sheets were extremely thin, and mine had holes. No elevator--when I mentioned my heart condition, they were accommodating and found a 1st floor room, but no elevators is off-putting. The pool is out of order, and hasn't been fixed since the last time we stayed here--a month ago.
