That it was only 9 minutes away from the casino

The door leading to the outside was broken. We got a room with a spa tub and there wasn’t a drain plug to use so we had to go buy one. The back to one of the remotes was missing. The person in the room above us was stomping around from 11:00pm until 2:30am and then started again at about 5:30am and at around 5:00am everyone who was leaving the property was slamming the door that leads to the outside so I didn’t sleep well. Also I’m almost positive that the bed was a queen bed and not a king

It was quiet

The back door is broke and left open which made the halls cold. We got a spa suite which was unavailable so they gave us a king bed and it was dirty. Dog hair everywhere.

The convenience of the location.

I booked a spa bath room for $160. I didn't get the room I booked. Instead, I got a standard room for the same price I got ripped off.

Night clerk was very friendly

Husband went to take a shower now hot water and big spot of mold in the shower.when I tried to discuss this with the am clerk no concern what so ever and uncaring no apology nothing just looked at us.this is there we stay on a travels but will no longer stay at your establishment and will let others know about our experience.

They were pet friendly, location, and ease of booking this hotel. They allowed for a later check-in, which helped a lot.

Breakfast was horrible. It was one of the reasons I booked this hotel, for the continental breakfast. There were no eggs, no meat, old cereal.

Our room ended up being fine.It was decent room

But when I reserved it on the app, it was supposed to be a Jacuzzi room. And when I got there, it was already rented, and they said that I reserved a room with 3 beds, which I would not have done because there was only 2 of us staying there. The front desk told me that it was probably the app's fault.

Did not go see the breakfast.

The front desk attendant invited us to park around back by the entry door that was closest to our room, but said door was broken and did not work. Well, I could open it but the hinges were broken and there was no way for it to close or be locked. Additionally, there appeared to be a vehicle that was being lived in parked out back by the same door that was just open to anyone, due to it being broke. There was no mention of this broken door by the front desk attendant. The place needs updating. It had a "popcorn" ceiling. The jetted tub had a dust layer on in that had to washed out before use... Not awesome.
