Very comfortable, clean room. Nice breakfast provided every morning with a good variety of food. This is new from previous stays, and greatly appreciated! Staff was courteous, friendly, and efficient. Have stayed at this hotel many times and plan to continue in the future.
The bed was so comfortable. Hot tub and pool were fantastic. Loved that the hot tub wasn't scaling. Would stay again.
Key Didn't work to get into the rooom, fixed fast. AC unit electrical door was broken to cover for child protection.
The beds were super comfortable, staff was friendly, and was by far our favorite place to stay during our vacation. Just to give you some info, there were some men by the back door drinking and they left beer cans and trash by the little shed in the back. We picked it all up and threw it away. We were treated so well, we just didn't understand why people can't use the garbage. Just letting you know. Especially in such a beautiful place. Thank you again, you made our vacation wonderful!
Got no sleep because the mattress was so uncomfortable. Hallway/stairway was in desperate need of vacuuming. Coffee was horrific, it literally tasted like nothing but cardboard. I would not stay here again.
No towel change I was there for 3 full days No cleaning the room / maid service
