Easy off and on the highway. Pillows were great.

The room was freezing! The floor was damp. Everything wreaked of old cigarettes and despair. We all woke up in the morning feeling sick and with a sore throat. It was so late when we got there, we were too tired to go and change it. There are cats in front of the lobby. They stare into your soul while you check in. We left early in the morning to get back to our drive. There was nobody around to speak to. No way to check out on phone. We slid the keys under the glass and hoped someone would figure it out.

Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Late Checkout options. Easy access to the interstate.

The privacy

The bed is too hard and lumpy

Hotel was very clean and the staff we encountered was friendly. Check in and out were very quick and easy. My only complaint is there is no elevator and this was not stated in the property listing so i had to climb 3 flights of stairs to get to our room and i have servere knee issues so this was less than ideal. If i had known i could've asked for a first floor room or booked elsewhere. Hotel states it's smoke free but the hallways constantly smelled of cigarettes so if you're sensitive to that i wouldn't stay here. Our room didn't smell but the hallways and stairways did.

I hate to complain, but there are some issues that should be addressed. If our reservation was refundable we would have left and found a different place. First of all, the hotel sign was only partially-lit making it look dumpy and hard to read.The hotel is in an industrial area that didn’t feel very safe and the entrance was in an alley. We walked in through a cloud of smoke as there were people sitting on the front steps smoking within a few feet of the door. No one was at the desk when we arrived, as the attendant was one of those outside on the steps. The issues in the room included a very uncomfortable bed and pillows, one of the lamps wasn’t working, the bathroom sink drained very slowly, and there was a metal part of the bed frame that was sticking out several inches where you could be injured by it. On a more positive note, the staff that we encountered was pleasant enough. Unfortunately everything else indicated that very little care is put into this business.

The staff was helpful and alway friendly.

Older hotel but it was good clean and friendly staff. Tiny breakfast but traveling we didn’t eat much. They have cats out side I’m guessing strays but they were super friendly

Dirty room Had been moved from nicer cleaner room to a dirty smaller room House keeper beating on door wanting us to pay due to lack of communication that room had be changed Room smell like cigarettes

The property was ok, the beds were clean but our room smelled so heavy of smoke. There were people outside smoking all night and every time they lit a cigarette I could smell it and was having issues breathing. I am on vacation and still having chest and nasal congestion issues. I had the worst sleep of my night due to the smell.
