The hotel staff was fantastic. We were there for Unbound and they set us up well before the ride, but they really shined in assistance afterwards. Providing a hose and rags to clean bikes, along with trash bags for filthy clothes, all with a welcoming smile and cheer. Can't say enough how much the assistance and friendliness was appreciated!!

Breakfast was minimal. They provided the bare essentials. Coffee was out of a machine and not very good.

Breakfast. No coffee in room. Minimal space to sit and relax in room. No common area to relax.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The room was clean. Parking was close to the entrance and the location was near highways. Short drive to get coffee. I didn't use the breakfast option. Overall decent hotel.

The walls and ceilings are not sound proof. There was a lot of walking I could hear from the room above and water running in the room next to me. However, I managed to sleep well the night I was there. Also I did pre-check in but she still took the same information so it didn't save me any time.

Excellent access to/from I-35 and to restaurants and service stations. We were traveling with pets and staff honored our request for a ground floor room close access to the pet area, with nice gazebo practically beside our door!
