Charged me for a deposit for cleanliness deposit. After a walk-through on the day of checkout, refunded $3.00 less than what I out as deposit. The room was immaculate but they called it a service charge.

"Hotel is okay for the price"

No elevator in hotel; breakfast is mediocre….bed was comfortable…..hotel was clean but hallway smelled like cigarette smoke …..okay for the price but will probably stay somewhere else during our next trip

"NOT a good experience."

I was traveling with a small dog and will never stay at this location again. The room smelled bad every time I walked in it. There was hair found all over, not sure the bed sheets were even changed. The bedspread was disgustingly dirty and it looked like blood on the curtains where you close them. They charged me an extra "cleaning fee" because I have a small dog - if you are going to charge me, clean the room you put me in. The price of the room was inflated because there was a home football game, not worth half of what I paid.

Our room was supposed to be non smoking. It had the smell of smoke and the sickening sweet deodorant used to cover up the smoke. Throughout the night we could smell smoke coming from other rooms.
