"Asked for CC info to be written down, unlike any "

To receive my deposit back I had to fill out a card and put credit card info, expiration date, cvc code. I did not like having that info written down for anyone to see.

"I don’t know!!"

No elevators, each floor was very hot!! The entire building smelled like a grow. Definitely not a place for children. It was very quiet and walking distance to Cookout.

"Horrible place. Local trap house hotel"

Smells horrible. Everything is run down and dingy if not outrightly dirty. Sinkholes in floors. Horrible customer service. Rude staff. The owner is the absolute worst. No breakfast or even juice and coffee. Aircondition worked poorly. It was very humid inside bc of this.

The first thing you notice of when walking into the lobby, is how clean it is. Then you're greeted by Yosh. Yosh is a very respectable, mature and helpful young man and because he is young, don't under estimate him. The staff was very friendly and pleasent to be around. There was no type of bugs, rodents or rodent turds around. A very clean hotel and one of the cleanest that I have been in. Rooms were exceptionally clean, plenty of towels. Small fridge, microwave and a small coffee maker. No complaints about our room at all. The room decor matched the carpet in the hallways. We loved it. Breakfeast every morning we were there. Just enough to fill our bellies before we went to the Diamond Hill Mine for the day of digging there. We had a good time and it was very pleasent over the Memorial Day weekend that we spent there as we were digging over the weekend at Diamond Hill mine. Our whole trip was just fanatastic for us. Overall, one the best hotels I've ever stayed in for the rate we paid, no complaints there. Yosh, you're doing an exceptional job there, keep up the awesome job and you'll be going places and far in life. We highly recommend this hotel if you're in the Anderson Area. Just how friendly and great the staff was there, made the trip very pleasent for us. Thank you very much to Yosh and his staff for making sure we were taken care of there. Hope to being going back there. We wish Yosh and his staff, a safe, warm, wonderful and blessed day, Lily Of The Valley Little Bear Lone Wolf..............

"Good"

The whole hotel smells smokey. Did not include breakfast as advertised. Blamed it on COVID but similar hotels in the state are allowing breakfasts

"Yeah don't stay there. Cigarettes reak and yucky towels. Weird flooring put over old carpet"

Horrible place unless you're cigarette smoking meth head. Don't stay here. There's no breakfast as well the whole third floor smells like cigarettes even though it's not a smoking floor. Afraid to shower with the disgusting towels provided they weren't folded unsure or someone else spent the night in my room last or not
