"The price was good and the location was in a quite neighborhood"

Location

They didn’t have any housekeeping staff, they didn’t clean the rooms or change the bedding unless we asked them to do it and then it was hard for them to put clean linen on the beds and get clean towels

Rooms were clean.

Room was too hot even with ac on. No shampoo, conditioner, lotion, just bar soap. No iron or ironing board. Not enough towels. Apparently they charge $15 per person staying in the room.
