Location. Bed was clean, bathroom clean, there was fridge and microwave. Parking lot was well lit.

Hot Cheeto fingerprints on the door and door frame to the bathroom. No shampoo. No hairdrier, no coffee pot in the room OR the lobby.

"First and last stay here."

Entrance to rooms was from inside the building.

Property had two steep entrances to drive in. The sheet on our bed should have been retired as the corner by the head of the bed was torn and the mattress showed through. Facial tissue dispenser available but empty.
