The Lodge was amazing: The plants, the animals, the houses, the Pool, the food, everything. Highly recommended are the on the ground tours during daytime and the frog tour at night time. Allah, our day time guide showed us around, his Knowledge is remarkable, as were the Starfruit Cocktail at the end 😀

Stayed at this lovely boutique-style, quaint hotel and loved everything about my stay. The property is not like a traditional hotel, but rather small bungalows/villas spread throughout the property in a lush jungle-like landscaping. The rooms were appointed very well -modern with a very cool updated decor, a super comfortable king bed, with a wonderful hot tub on the patio, which was a nice touch. The grounds and landscaping were so cool, and I loved watching the birds and wildlife while dining at breakfast, which was included daily. What a wonderful hidden treasure in the La Fortuna area! So much of what I researched seemed like older, dated properties, and this one felt new and modern. I also loved that they had live music entertainment nightly at the onsite restaurant. The best part of the entire experience was the customer service from the front desk staff and the waiters in the restaurant. They all went over and beyond, and I could not have been more grateful for their tour and dinner recommendations and for their kindness. The daily walking tours of the property were also a very nice touch.

This is a hidden gem, it’s like heaven on earth! The staff is spectacular, the food is delicious, and the bungalows located in tropical oasis is something out of a postcard. From the minute we arrived, we felt like we were in paradise! Each bungalow is secluded with plenty of space, very clean and an amazing two head shower on opposite sides. The TV has great and AC is quite. Also each bungalow has a private hot top outside. The property has a pool, a spa and a restaurant all located in the tropics without any walls like an open concept . We stayed for 5 days and nights, we had plans to go to diners in town, but after our first dinner with live music, surrounded by wild birds, and 5 star menu, we ended up eating in our restaurant almost everyday of our stay. Arlen was our waiter every dinner and couple of breakfast meals and by the time it was our last dinner, we felt like he was family. He made our eating experience that much better. I tried everything on the menu and it was all amazing! My favorite was the passion fruit salmon and sour passion fruit drink! All of the staff was amazing the front desk people Sol and Alan and even the gardener, Modesto. Alan would walk with me looking for wild life and gave recommendations for excursions and signed me up for a night frog walk. Modesto, knew all the sloth spots and took me and my family around the property and showed us lots of those beautiful creatures. I wish I can stay there forever! We travel a lot and have been to many beautiful destinations around the world. This place is definitely in the top 3! I recommend this place to couples for a romantic getaway and for families or for friends! This is a beautiful place with best people in the world! If your choice is Costa Rica and La Fortuna this is the place to stay!

Welcoming staff, clean rooms and lovely property. We had a personal hot tub with a fabulous bed perfect after long travel.

We traveled to Costa Rica July 2025 and stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. We traveled with our two daughters and booked a room that could accommodate us all. At first when we arrived the hotel felt hidden and we struggled finding the entrance. But once we arrived and walked into the open lobby we instantly felt so happy we were going to stay here. Allen greeted us with a huge smile and made sure that everything we would need in the future would be taken care of. Since we arrived early we sat in the beautiful lobby and received complimentary drinks which were so good. Once we were escorted to our room we were so surprised to see a bottle of sparkling wine and a "happy anniversary" card displayed. Very kind of them to do this gesture. Our room was so comfortable and spacious and we slept so well. For meals we decided to stay at the resort and eat at their restaurant called "Acacia". The food is amazing! Presentation is beautiful and listening to live music every night while dining really made it so special. We loved it SO much that we ate there everyday and night. Arlen was our waiter (every night) and his kind smile and his friendly personality was really fun. Arlen could remember everyone's name and always knew what we liked and suggested some great choices of food. Both Arlen and Eric were fantastic at their jobs and we loved being around them. This restaurant is a must while you visit. and the price point was really good. ChiChi was our bartender and he made the best drinks and always greeted us with a friendly smile. On our last night we befriended some other guests and Arlen was able to get us a dinner reservation for a table of 10 as we all joined each other and it was the best evening. After we left this wonderful resort we went to Manuel Antonio and stayed at Tulemar Resort. And as much as we liked our next place we wished we were still at Noahs Forest. Thank you again Allen, Arlen, Chichi, and Eric for making our stay so wonderful!!! Book this place.

Allan was an incredible host. We could not have had a better experience staying at this hotel. The staff are excellent and as good as some of the best resorts in the world. Highly personable, attentive, and educated on the local wildlife and plants. During our stay we saw slothes, frogs, and all sorts of lizards. We even did several free walking tours held by the hotel and saw a bunch of animals. Stay with Tifakara and forget about the rest!

Small luxury hotel close to town with small bungalows in a small piece of forest. Our family of 4 really enjoyed the hotel, especially the pool, cold, plunge tub and personal hot tubs outside our bungalow. Very clean new facility. Excellent breakfast included. Good central location, 1 mile out of downtown. Free coffee throughout day. Great sloth tour by Allan on the property and amazing frog tour at night on their sister property 3 miles out of town. If you are considering this hotel, I 100% recommend booking. The hotel is absolutely beautiful- reception, restaurant and rooms. The lush gardens make you feel like you are in the middle of the jungle whilst you are in close proximity to La Fortuna and I would definitely recommend the included wildlife tours. The restaurant is definitely worth a visit and the live music was amazing. The staff are incredible in particular Arlen and Jeimar in the restaurant and Anna and Allan on the front desk. I have never experienced customer service like this- the staff are so personable and helpful. Staff came to us at breakfast and asked if we would like to see a sloth they had spotted in the trees which was incredible. Thank you for a beautiful stay.

My friend and I stayed and Noah’s forest and it was hands down the best hotel I have ever been to! The staff is very kind and helpful and helps you with recommendations on what you want to do or eat. Each room is its own little villa that is quiet, reserved and private. You have your own private hot tub and everything is clean and sleek. They went above and beyond when we arrived and set up a cute birthday surprise for my friend and offered us free welcome drinks. The staff were very hospitable and went above and beyond during our stay. I would definitely come back here!

My experience at Noah’s Forest was one of the best I have ever had! Sol, Anna and Camila at the front desk were so accommodating it was a breeze to ask them anything. I really have not experienced this kind of help before. So sweet and helpful it was incredible. The other staff Christian,Renaldo, Allan, Eric, Alejandro were very helpful at every whim I had. The grounds were like an incredible Jungle. I saw a Sloth, Tuscan and many unusual birds. My little house was breathtaking! The food was delightful and delicious!!I have to say I will definitely return again and again. One of the best experiences of my life!!!
