Stay away! Dirty sheets and room. Cramped space with too much furniture. Noisy, couldn't wait to leave. Poor breakfast. Highlight was talking to couple guests at the almost non existent breakfast. Go somewhere else!!!!

I pre-checked in online, when I've done this before there was no waiting my room key was ready with waiting at all. The desk clerk was not at the desk when I got there and it took about 5 minutes for him to show up after I called on the house phone. It then took another 5 to 10 minutes before my room key was ready. Why did I even pre-check in. In the room I was supposed to get a king size bed, it turned out to be a queen.

Our room wasn't very clean. The exhaust fan was very loud. The back door didn't lock so any one can walk in the hotel.

"We stayed here for the Kansas state fair and it didn't disappoint."

The location was very good.

The breakfast wasn't very good. The muffins were stale. The fruit was old looking. The waffles were okay but the orange juice was awful.
