The room was clean and comfortable. The facility was quiet and well lit. Price was affordable and the young man at the front desk was very friendly.

They take away a $50 deposit and do not return it to you.

The fire alarm system goes off every five minutes

Bathroom ceiling had mold

Location was good. Lots of places to eat and shop

No hot water as after the first person took a shower or next morning

Staff was nice

I canceled my second night was told I would get a refund but, have not seen it yet.

This place is unreal. I have stayed in several different hotels, this is hands down one of the worst experiences that I have ever had. Stained, dirty, mismatched chairs in the room, the night desk clerk was incredibly rude. My key card wasn’t working on the back door, so I came in the front door about 11:00 pm, walked over to the breakfast area to throw trash away, the front desk clerk asked me what he could help with. I said that I’m fine. I came back down a few minutes later to re read a few of the signs there, the clerk emerged from a door and said, “Yes?!?” I just said that I was fine and didn’t need anything, just reading signs. He proceeded to point his finger at me and tell me, “This is your last warning. Do not come to the front desk again, I will call 911.” I have done this at other hotels and have never had an issue, let alone had someone threaten me with law enforcement. I am an upstanding citizen who has never been arrested, not a criminal. Absolutely insane that they treat registered guests this way. If it wasn’t for the late hour, I would have promptly left and drove home. I will absolutely not ever stay here again, I will sleep in my car first. Stay away!!!!!!!!!

The room was mostly clean. There was moldy food left in the refrigerator from a previous guest. It was very quiet, which was great.

The staff was never at the front desk. Although he was courteous, he never smiled. He was the only employee I ever saw.
