The room was very dirty, mold in the shower, dirty sheets, stained towels, stained chair, sticky floor, etc. It was so bad that we decided not to stay and were told they would refund us for the stay and we had to book a room elsewhere. They did not, in fact, refund us for the room like they said they would.
