This property is disgusting, there are a horrible smell throughout the entire motel. There is black mold in the bathroom, the bathrooms do not look like they have been cleaned in months. Very outdated and very dirty. Dirty mattresses stacked up by back entrance of the motel. We shortened our trip due to this unlivable motel.

Tub drained very slowly. Wall heater did not function well. Controls were not functional, so room was very cold through the night. Breakfast was limited. No tissues in room.

The mattress was upside down so there was no padding over the springs.

Didn't have my online booking at check in. Put me in a smoking room with two beds, when I requested no smoking and one king/queen bed. Room stunk and was hot, air conditioning not on, temp outside was 103. Only ice machine was out of order. Water was leaking from the ceiling in the hallway into overflowing buckets, carpet soaking wet. No breakfast ready at 6:00 am, no juice, coffee tasted burndt, left hungry! Would have asked for a refund at checkout; however, no one was at the desk!
