Thank you for the opportunity to share my experience. While the location was convenient, I was disappointed to find that no breakfast or coffee was provided, which was unexpected. Additionally, I encountered cockroaches and other unidentified insects in the room, which made my stay uncomfortable. This raised concerns about potentially bringing bed bugs or other pests back home with me, which was quite distressing. I hope this feedback is helpful for improving future guest experiences.

Handicap access was a ramp but luggage carts were almost impossible to push, especially up hill,and the wheels squeeked louldly( it was late at night.

The guy checking in was nice.

Everything, the exterior was bad, parking lot holes everywhere.. window blinds broken, etc. Room was not inviting at all and scared to even sit on anything. We left to go shop an hour came back and decided we were not staying. Couldn't find the manager, saw cleaning supplies on the 1st floor/underground, I walked thru water in the halls.. left the keys and found a different hotel.
