Nothing. Bad smell. No one at the desk. Our room key was in a basket on the counter

No staff in the building. Our key was in the basket on the counter. COCKROACHES!! 1 ran across the table. Thank god my husband saw it!!

The staff was absolutely wonderful — very kind and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel itself is okay and overall clean, but the soundproofing could be improved: you can easily hear noise from the parking lot through the air conditioning vent (cars, conversations, etc.). I also noticed a few dead bed bugs, which suggests the hotel has probably dealt with an infestation in the past and took steps to resolve it. I didn’t see any live ones, which is reassuring. Overall, a decent stay thanks to the great staff!
