Location

It was supposed to be a smoke free floor, someone was smoking marijuana in the evening, tried calling front desk no one answered. Bathtub had a crack in the bottom and leaked everywhere flooding the floor.

Didn't like anything about this stay except the location.

This location HAS BEDBUGS AND REFUSES TO ACKNOWLEDGE IT EVEN AFTER SHOWING PROOF THAT ITS IN THEOR ROOMS. The hotel also refuses to give a refund on the stay after having to treat your entire household because you stayed here. They dont sterilize or clean things properly nor do they have mattress covers to help protect the bedding. This place is just nasty! We still have pics of this! All we asked for was our one week to be refunded after discovering them and supposedly they claim these aren't bedbugs! Im appalled. So still no refund and clearly these are bugs!
