Lock on the door wouldn't lock when I got there got fixed Saturday around noon freezer compartment full of ice had not been cleaned for some time bed mattress on a box spring setting on the floor desk receptionist kinda rude wall receptacle broken top plug in wouldn't work

We didn't stay. The clerk never got out of his chair to greet us.. no elevator and I can't walk without a walker. Street people coming in and out . The whole place smelled of weed (dope). The was even high. He said my money would be back on my card but it's hasn't yet. Had get room costing twice as much. Very disappointed

"Lookout for Bugs!"

Had lots of bugs and small roaches!!!!!!!! It was unbelievable the about of bugs I had to kill and watch for in the room I was in. Carpet looked like it had been there forever.

room was not ready when we arrived . The carpet was not vacuumed.No breakfast available, just coffee. Juice machine was out of order, no milk or cereal for children. The refrigerator in the breakfast area was not stocked, empty shelves.

"Excellent"

My biggest problem was all the noise of heavy footsteps walking down the hallway and people constantly going in and out of the rooms. The room was comfortable, happy with the motel.
