I like the room, staff the clean room and towels everyday

There's wasn't anything that I didn't like

While the bed wasn’t “terrible” it wasn’t great either. One side was quite broken down so I had to sleep in the middle of the bed. They did allow me to have my dog at an exceptionally good price so that was good.

This was the worse stay we have had at any Suoer8 hotels. The grass on property was grown up. The hallway carpets were staing horribly. The bathroom did not have a door on it. The celing above the shower looked as if it had leaked and was painted over. There was no washcloths in bathroom. No toiletries except a small bar soap. The bed didnt even have a frame it was just a mattress & boxsprings on the floor, and was extremely hard. On the tv remote half if the buttons didnt work. There was no alarm clock. The a/c was stuck on 60° so the room was freezing. The door to outside did not lock or have a card keypad. Anyone could come in or out of hotel and have access to roims at any time.

I came to property and can’t enter room until 7.30 pm, also when I went to take a shower the warm water isn’t coming is coming too cold or too hot water. I asked to manage about them then she told me she doesn’t know about and I request her to different rooms which one working good she told me next day she going change the better room but today didn’t change room and also I can’t take shower last two days this hotel

Location was good

Room was dirty and bugs were crawling the carpet was bad dirty the shower was bad dirty and the price for 1 night was high and no breakfast food was available.

Did online check-in. Actually talk to them by phone at 5:00 p.m., arrived at 6:00 p.m. my room had not been cleaned. They gave me keys, I went in the bed was not made it was turned down with the remote it clearly had been slept in. The room had not been clean. I left for dinner they said it would be cleaned got back it almost 8:30 and it still was not finished being cleaned. On top of that, they're fire alarm went off in the middle of the night, supposedly some problem in their kitchen. All in all the room was so filthy I was afraid to take a shower, because there was mold and mildew on the bath mat. In addition, I have a handicap, and there was no elevator. Stairs only, which I was not made aware of. Worst day I've ever had.

When we checked in, we told them we wanted non smoking rooms and what did they give us, smoking rooms. 3 hours later, I asked them to see if they can swap and give us another room that doesn't smell like smoke. The guy just told us that they don't have any other rooms avaliable so we were stuck of what we got. OK, it's just one night, we'll try to pull it through, so we thought. Later on that night, my daughter had notice something is crawling up her arm while she was on the mattress. She told us about it and i took a closer look. My wife snatched it off my daughters arm and place it on top of the night stand where she crushed it. I got my phone out and took some pictures so that i can zoom in for a closer look. Wasn't sure of what it was so google it and it turns out to be bedbugs. Lift both mattress up and took a closer look at the seams and yes, more bedbugs from little ones to adult size. Talked to the receptionist that we needed another room or if not, we needed the night to be refunded. They did help us on refunding the stay that night. The experience was not good.
